I been hoping to hear something on CMP so that I can test out the LTR/Edacs LCN finder....been little and far between

I believe the HP-1 needs to be programmed in the LTR mode, and just use any LCN for the freq. then when you go into the LCN finder mode it will find the correct LCN for the freq. then go back and re-enter the correct LCN. You are a distance from all your surrounding towers, you may need to get closer if they are not active, the closer you get you be able to get the LCN off the data burst. Also they usually send the call sign every hour and the HP-1 should get the LCN off that as well.

Yeah. I'm just working off the stuff in the DB, and added a few more..still not hearing enough to hear to use it....When I hear them transmit, by the time I launch the LCN finder, it's quiet
