What they talked about was analog conventional repeaters in VHF (one or two for each county) and a simplex channel (VHF) for talking between dispatch centers. They also wanted ideas for simplex channels (VHF) for fireground/on-site comms. This is a regional group with Madison Stanton Pierce and Antelope Co.
