are there a number analog public safety (or other active) frequencies in the washington Nh area?

For now the Fire is still Analog in most of the Dispatch Centers for Sullivan County

The general rule of thumb will be Fire is Analog, and Police is digital.

That is slowly changing, but at the moment, the common theme.
