Central Ontario Help with WS-1080

Hello, having some real issues with receiving on a WS-1080 scanner and have been back and forth with Whistler support over the past few months. They suggested if I could find someone in my area with a similar type radio ( Whistler WS1080, WS1088, WS1095, WS1098, TRX-1 or TRX-2 ) to compare data & settings.
I live in Orillia Severn Township
