Does anyone know if Keystone, Bill's , Industrial or anyone else in Central PA (Northumberland, Montour, Columbia, Lycoming Union County) still has an active conventional standard LTR system? I threw a few of their old frequencies in a scanner and I didn't hear anything on any of the systems in the FCC Database and I have them all in my scanner.

I can't speak for the other systems you inquired about but I know Industrial Electronics has migrated to NXDN 9600 in most of the counties you mentioned
