Third night in a row of hearing activity at Camp Bowie/Brownwood TX area.
Ground controller: Destroyer-XX (inaudible from my location)
Acft: F-16 pairs from Kelly annex at Lackland AFB/San Antonio.
Maverick-01/02
Sheriff-01/02
Bullet-01/02
Pistol-01/02
Hoss-01/02
Ordnance: GBU-12/GBU-54 (simulated)
Frequencies:
372.0 (main activity)
346.3 (transit/nav)
Mission: Close air support. Targeting "bad guys" moving among buildings and vehicles.

Very cool. I hear F-16's from Ft Worth daily in the Brownwood MOA's.

Have certainly heard the Ft Worth F16s at Brownwood MOA, but appreciate your posting of a couple extra and new-to-me freqs to watch. Figured this Camp Bowie activity was uncommon enough to pass on to the troops.

Attempting contact on 237.15 Mhz. Finally settled on 372.00 Mhz.
Mongo-01 F16
at San Saba ?MOA?
