I was wondering what are the frequencies and tones for HEAR in Petersburg, Richmond, Chesterfield/Colonial Heights, Prince George, Surry, Sussex, Dinwiddie, Amelia, Hanover, Henrico, and finally Nottoway counties (I know it's a long list but I was wondering if somebody had the frequency used and tone. Thanks.

The HEAR channels is associated with the hospital they're transporting to, not the county they're coming from. 155.340 is the main HEAR frequency used, but you're finding that Richmond, Henrico, Powhatan, Chesterfield and other metro Richmond agencies have gone to using cell phones. When I drop patients off at the hospital, I still hear some agencies in the Tri-Cities making HEAR reports, however.

The only hospital I hear use the HEAR frequencies regularly is John Randolph. MCV occasionally uses it, but not often at all.

I heard "MCV Triage" on the 462.950/453.125 Medevac UHF repeaters as well as 155.340 (PL 192.8Hz) during Hurricane Sandy and have heard radio checks with the same tone and signal level that I assume is MCV. Worth putting those frequencies in your scanners either way.
