Centre County has decided to move forward with their new Project 25 simulcast system. This massive 21-site system will include all first responders in Centre County.

2012. Development and construction of eleven (11) remote tower sites, and installation of fixed radio and
microwave infrastructure.
2013. Installation of the radio console system, completion of radio system installation, tuning and acceptance
testing of the system, and training of subscribers in the use of the system.
2014. Operation of the system by first responders by 1 January 2014.
2015. Complete user programming and loading by 1 January 2015.
