ceredo & Kenova police dept.

Does anyone know what (TG) or digital system type Kenova using ?. i seldom hear them on (TG) 4741 like Ceredo.. Kenova pol. seem to prefer Analog . but sometimes i hear them say well so & so tried to reach you on digital or so & so has been tring to reach you on digital. And i have both my scanners on (pro-433,Hp) i still never hear anything i am starting to think maybe they are using KY or Oh counties close by.
Does anyone have any idea .
Note: no luck with the other Wayne Co. (TG) 4707

i just wanted to post a little info on what i found concerning
the Kenova Police kenova has been transmitting today
TalkGroup (4711) UID: 413150 is dispatch and a couple of
the kpd cars UID:413156 and 413165

Good sleuthing work.

I would suggest that you send a PM to Bubba1661 and ask if he would enter that talkgroup in the RadioReference database. Try to determine (if you haven't already) if it is used to dispatch officers to calls or if it is used just for extended conversations about particular calls or topics. That will help the database admin classify the talkgroup properly in the database. Also if you hear anybody other than Kenova PD on there, that info would be helpful.

I have been monitoring it now for 2 days i have heard no one else but Kenova
using the UID:`s i posted earlier UID:413150 seems to be only dispatch i have heard 2
units mark up and resond to calls UID, 413165, 413156 using this tgid 4711.

just to add. Kenova really likes there Analog radios. but here recently for some reason
they have been using Digital .Maybe it is because if they do not start using them
them may loose funding .. not sure just a thought
