CFRA Ottawa heard in Moncton NB

Not really a pure scanning item, however I was very surprised to hear our local CFRA Ottawa radio broadcast very clearly in New Brunswick from about Moncton to close to Fredericton yesterday morning. Assuming propagation was the reason.

The HF bands have been quite active these past few days. 12/11/10m was open to Europe for a few hours on Sunday. Very odd.
