What bands are you trying to cover?

IMHO, I'd get a tuner, 1:1 current balun, a length of twinlead/ladder line and put up a doublet - or whatever configuration suits your situation. Would likely be cheaper, and would allow a lot more configurations than a pre-made dummy load-posing-as-antenna.

Read this to get an idea what you can do with a tuner and some attention paid to feedline losses:

Looks like the same type of end fed longwire as the "Easy-tenna" sold on a popular online auction site although the ET is cheaper... why not grab some PVC pipe, caps wire and assorted bolts and eyelets etc and build your own, way more fun and cheaper again! :D

Now selecting and building the appropriate balun is all on you...

Is anybody familiar with the CHA EMCOMM II. Is it a good antenna for HF/SW or should I look somewhere else.
