Changes to Abilene System

The control channel has switched today to channel 1, 855.2375. I'll submit the change now.

On an unrelated/semi-related note, I'm not sure how these P25/ProVoice systems function. Will the control channel on the P25 side be constantly changing like it does on an EDACS system?

It depends on how they configured it. On a Harris system any channel can be the control channel and they don't broadcast alternate control channels. The one here doesn't rotate control channels very often and it didn't do it back in the EDACS days either.

Looks like it has changed again to 857.4375
