On the blue tool bar above, click "User CP", and then from the left column click "Edit Your Details", then look for the "Location" box.

A quicker way, click on your username, in yellow, at the top of the page, change your location, and click save all changes.

Mine is blue.

Mine is yellow too, he is talking about at the very top of the page. If you are not signed into the Radio Reference Home page all it will say is 'Login'.
