Hello I'll try this here. No one understood me in the Whistler forum. Two years ago I purchased a PRO652. It Was damaged falling from the refrigerator. I ordered a WS1065 As a replacement. Uploading the saved PRO652 programming was successful except EMS appears green instead of yellow. Downloading from scanner shows Yellow selected. When I open the software from Radio reference the one that has the drivers, purchase software, start software I only have the option for Pro652 and other radio shack SW. So far the response from Whistler is silence. Two years ago the ARC 500 software indicated using the PRO652 software. How to I download and select a WS1065 software in case they may have changed their firmware. Or is this a question for ARC500.
