Channel 8

I am listening to North patrol 460.325 where they have a robbery. they requested all units to switch to channel 8. Anyone happen to know what freq is channel 8? Is that 460.225?

I'm only guessing form this website. Scanner Frequencies - Houston, Texas

I'm not from Houston, but if that is what they switched to, you might not be hearing it because it is low power simplex. Meaning you need to be real close, especially in an urban environment.

Channel '8' in Dallas is the 'TAC' channel (SWAT) city-wide and also Air-1 (DPD Chopper) and several Federal / State Law Enforcement have programmed into their radios as well.
