Charleston City on Palmetto P25

Charleston City PD and FD are using their assigned P25 talkgroups today. The city system appears to be down-no CC is being broadcast. The only talkgroups that are active are City PD 1 &3, and City FD 1. City Parking Services is using SCTAC-1. I'm not sure if this is a transition to P25 or if this is temporary until the city system is back online.

The city's system is back on-line but PD and FD are still on P25. I'll post any updates.

They are rebanding their system. Look for new control channels coming online today.

The new frequencies have been updated in the database. My PSR-500 is tracking it beautifully with the system set as "rebanded" in Win500. See this wiki article for details: Object Oriented Scanner Software - The RadioReference Wiki
