Hello, Happy new year. Can anyone verify if Charlestown PD and fire and other services have migrated to RISCON yet? I programmed my uncles PRO-106 for all the VHF and uhf frequencies for the town. As of last week my uncle called me and said he no longer gets 154.650 pl118.8. Any talkgroups?
