Charley Mountain ??

Just wondering if anyone has an info on this mountain / transmitter site?

It is located at the eastern boundary of Monterey County line and slopes into Fresno County.

I've done a bunch of searches, including the lat/long in the FCC database via RR and came up empty handed. Kind of a peculiar looking mountain top in an otherwise remote location.

FAA VOR/DME.

If you look just south west of Panoche Mountain in Fresno County (In the BLM Panoche Mountain area), you will see a similar installation. They are pretty common, spread all over the US.
