Charlotte police, fire: bc,engines,ladder, haz-mat and medic on scene of a natural gas leak located under the concrete of a sidewalk on the 8000 block of medical plaza dr. Confirmed as a 4 inch line that has been cut. Evac of nearby buildings in progress. Multiple calls of natural gas odor coming in from buildings around the area. On ops 1-H
