Little Valley is Cattaraugus County, so I'm guessing he means Catt (not Chatt).

Cattaraugus County new York. I have coverage for both Chautauqua county and Cattaraugus County. Sorry for the typo I meant Cattaraugus. Little Valley was down their 159.4050 dispatch was down after a severe thunderstorm they are back up now. Thanks guys!
