Chattanooga area get together

Good Evening,

I am trying to plan a gathering for everyone interested in scanners and monitoring in the Southeast Tennessee-Northwest Georgia metro area. I think this would be a good time for all from the most experienced to the novice among us. We can discuss new equipment and old, technical and simple and anything and anyone you want to bring is welcome. I have tentatively set the date and time as Thursday evening 9-29-2005 at 1700 (5:00 PM), I open for suggestions on a good location. I would really like to meet everyone and maybe we can put a face to some of the names, and let some of the more experienced share with those that might be newer to this great hobby.

OK how about Thursday evening around 1800 at the Rib and Loin on Brainerd Rd.? If you are going to attend please respond to my personal E-mail (firemedic2150 at gmail dot com) and I will give you some contact info, but the collection of people with scanner's and radios should be a giveaway to where we are seated. If anyone needs directions let me know, otherwise I will see you there.

Due to staffing issues at work from the hurricanes, I will not be able to have the ScanChattanooga-ChattRadio meeting after all. I was looking forward to this and I will try and reschedule as soon as time allows.
