Around the CB Freq a lot if Italians, Polish,... dont care anything and transmitt with an huge output Power.

I don't think that you fully understand what the posters have been saying. The size of what you want to go portable with is substantial. The word LARGE comes to mind. This includes the size of the radio equipment, as well as, the price.
They were trying to convey a visual picture for you in words. Obviously, with the language barrier, that isn't working. Hopefully, what I am posting will.
