I don't know about that, unless you need to have a radio that is just a receiver, something like the MD380 from Tytera would do the job for much less. You would just need to be sure the transmitter is disabled.

Check into the btech dmr-6x2. I have one and monitor Putnam easily. It's the same as the anytone 868 with more features. The radios are the same, just a different firmware. Support is also here in the US.
