CheckSum "Off" BCD536HP

I am trying to program a bcd536hp and upgrade to ProVoice. The scanner is showing the Sum as "off". Then M-Ver= 1. I have updated the firmware. It is 1.11.20.

I have upgraded several scanners to ProVoice, but this is the first time I am seeing this. A quick search of the forums have not yielded any answers.
