Chelan County 800 MHz Trunked Radio System

Does anyone know any details about Chelan County's proposed 800 MHz TRS? They are licensed for 15 channels, from multiple sites across the county, most likely a simulcast system. Likewise, they are licensed for digital data and voice. The licenses are:

Are they on the air yet? If so, what kind of system is it?

Never really monitored it as utility listening isn't my cup of tea, but yes, they have mostly dumped the body mount low-band antennas in favor of high gain 800 whips on the trucks and support vehicles, I would say it's been up and running for 5-6 years? The transit system over there also has a 800 system

If you could please give it a listen, I am curious to know what kind of a system it is? More than likely, it would probably be an EDACS or Motorola system. One of the frequencies is a control "handshake" data channel that is on continuously. That should give you a clue as to what flavor it is.

I was thru there last month and I'm pretty sure it is a EFJ Multinet system, the same as the WSDOT system.

Thank you! I understand the transit system is also on a EFJ Multinet TRS as well.
