Cherry Hill Mall Frequencies?

I found these on the new scanner board. Since I am a newbie at this stuff, my questions are:
Are these EDACS frequencies or analog? Cherry Hill is an EDACS city!
How do you enter those other numbers (1,2 & 3 digit frequencies) in the scanner? My scanner(PRO-2051) is not equipped to enter those type of frequencies.

I think 464.8250 MHz is just a single conventional frequency and those other listings are just the Unit ID Ranges/Codes.

Cherry Hill Mall is not part of the municipal trunked system. They are just a stand-alone, analog use by security personnel.

I wish I took my scanner with me on Saturday. I was out at the Cherry Hill Mall & Moorestown mall. I have a nice list for Ocean County, but that is because I live here. Malls are always fun to listen to, I think. The stores like to use radios to comment on all kinds of things.
