Anyone know why Chesco police dispatch has been making heavy use of the interops channels for dispatch in the past few weeks? System upgrades? Problems?

Fire was using them today. There was an announcement mid afternoon that they could resume the use of their normal zone channels. I'm guessing same as you, system upgrades or repairs.
