In Chesterfield County, where is the dividing line for 'North' and 'South' for the police?

Is there a map showing the police beats? (7A for example)

What are the codes for the police used after a call? ('Code 1 and 3' for example)

Same question for the rescue squads.

In the eastern part of the county the line is Belmont road. In the western part it is Hull st. I believe. There are beat maps just don't know where to find one.
