Chester Boro PD (Morris Co.) put out a stop and hold for a vehicle wanted in connection with a shoplifting that occured at multiple stores in the Streets of Chester strip mall off of route 206. Occured at Justice, Carters, and Childrens Place in the last 45 minutes to an hour. Four suspects wanted, two of which are black females, the other two are children (one male, one female). Possible reg. of vehicle suspects may be occupying is VEB21G which comes back to a 1999 BMW, black in color. Unknown amount of proceeds taken. Stop and Hold put out by the Morris County Communications Center at 16:45 hours on this date, March 21, 2010.
