I've recently moved to the Oxford, PA area (from California) and am interested in programming my radios appropriately for general Public Safety scanning.
I've read the info on the Open Sky Systems and the trunked system in Chester County so I think I'm up to speed on that, but I'm looking for some frequency recommendations for monitoring.
What do the local scanner enthusiasts listen to?
