Chester County?

I have a PRO-106 with the ARC500 software and required cabling. I downloaded Berks/Chester/Montgomery county information. I'm picking up Montgomery county (trunking) just fine but I'm getting nothing at all on the Chester County LT? I have a decent signal but no traffic. I'm wondering if there is something I need to change? I can pick up traffic on the conventional signals just fine it seems. Any suggestions?

It's very difficult to monitor CHESCO.

Chester County Trunking System, Various, Pennsylvania - Scanner Frequencies

Talkgroups listed were obtained using LTRUNK and LTRDUMP programs. They correspond ONLY with thoses shown by the LTRUNK program and CANNOT be decoded by any LTR-capable scanners presently available.

The best method for monitoring this system is to program the scanner IN ORDER with the frequencies listed under CONFIRMED REPEATER ORDER - enter them with NO DELAY.
