Chesterfield Freg. Hanging up

Chesterfield/Colonial Heights Frequency 859.9375 will not release after a transmission, it will just stay there with a hissing sound until used again, but will never release to continue to scan. I have a BC250D. If i remove it I will loose a transmission. Can you do anything to adjust the scanner to release?

There's nothing wrong with your scanner, they know it's a problem with that channel and are trying to fix it.
