The license shows 4 sites with two frequencies per site. The article mentions "The new system allows up to four simultaneous conversations". It looks like this is a 4 site MOTOTRBO Capacity Plus system. A Connect Plus system would have a data channel and only allow 3 conversations on two frequencies.

If anyone in the area can confirm channel numbers for the frequencies, and talkgroups we can get it added to the DB.
