I see what I did wrong. I asked the query to search for Chicago instead of for the entire state of Illinois. WHen I searched Chicago only, I got a different response.

There you go, it'll save you some time searching by the state. Union Station frequencies are well documented over the years by the railroad monitoring folks.

I was at Union Station yesterday during the major train delay and was monitoring MDW and MDN on my Motorola APX. I kept hearing comms coming from the trains radio that wasn't on MDW or MDN. So I pulled out the SDS100 and activated Close Call, I was getting hits on the frequency you posted but no voice was coming through.
