Thumbing through the FCC applications tonight, I found this. Their is currently a UHF-T, 800 Mhz analog in use and a P25/Phase 2 Trunking System under construction. I'm not sure who the intended users are, but based upon the Administrative letters files, Kankakee County Communications seems to have concern with interference from the frequency usage. Countdown till we're asking our SDS scanners to be updated with Tetra capabilities.
