Is there a document that defines the responsibilities of chief officers at working incidents?

At a still and box alarm, there is:
a still chief
a box chief
a plans chief
a RIT chief.
In addition, at a high rise alarm there is:
a fire attack chief
a forward fire command chief.

Where are these assignments defined?

First for a still in a high rise:
The still chief is the first arriving chief and the overall incident commander in charge of all operations.
The forward fire command chief is the second arriving chief and is an incident supervisor who sets up operations two floors below the fire floor.
The fire attack chief is the third arriving chief and is in charge of operations on the fire floor.

For a Still and Box alarm:
The still chief is the same as above.
The box chief is the fire sector chief.
The plans chief is in charge of command van operations.

The RIT chief is in charge of all RIT operations.
