Chicago Heights, IL Fire

I scan Chicago Heights Fire on 154.370. Lately I get static (grey noise) from the fire band to the point where I can not stand to listen anymore. Radios that I use are, Uniden/Bearcat 800XLT, BC 145XL, Radio Shack Pro-94, and an old Regency DX3000. The static is the same on all my radios, and only on this fireband channel. Does this ever happen to anyone else?
