According to Customer Profile: Chicago Emergency Communications Center it is from Northrup-Grumman. I suspect that it was custom built. Smaller agencies often can use off the shelf CAD solutions but cities like Chicago would definitely have a custom built system.

Thanks. I'm trying to figure out the relation the CAD software has to have with the actual radio network. I always thought a particular vendor provided the radio solution & the CAD solution. But since the city's radio system is mainly conventional vs. an integrated voice/data solution, I guess different vendors can get in where they fit in.
If the city moves to P25, wouldn't the CAD stuff have to change? That's really my main question.
