Chicago O'Hare trunked system

Was monitoring this sys as a wildcard on a RS Pro-197 & was picking it up pretty good & decided to enter in the TGID that I wanted to monitor, mostly PD & FD, using PSREdit500, now I'm getting nothing, no reception of the sys at all & I don't see anything I could have done wrong.

try enabling flex step. post link to the system also

Deleted the system completely & re-entered as wildcard like I had it originally & still no reception at all, my antenna is on a tripod in my apt. & I have to adjust it slightly to receive the signal, after making those changes, move antenna & nothing.
