Chicago PD - Zone 2 (19th District)

In listening to the delayed feed of the Chicago PD Zones, I have not heard any traffic on Zone 2 (19th District) for the past week or so. I did find them, however on Zone 11 along with the 20th and 24th Districts.

Is this a permanent situation or temporary?

I have heard the dispatchers telling units that they are combining Z2 and Z11 "for today". I don't know if its pemanent, or why it is the case, but maybe low staff?
