Chicago PD Zone 4 Encrypted

I noticed today that Chicago PD Zone 4 (downtown, Districts 1 and 18) is now P25 encrypted. My SDS100 wouldn't decode the NAC, but I'm told by a reliable source that it's 118. This now leaves Zone 11 as the last analog zone.

The Radio Reference database has been updated.

Actually...yesterday morning. Reprogramming started on Tuesday, all assigned Zone 4 units switched to B-6 (Citywide-6), took an extra day to reprogram all the receiver sites in the CTA tunnels, went over to C-4 around 0500 on 10 March 2023.

They program internally, city employees.
