Chicot County SO has gone digital but unsure if mototurbo or what......anyone have any suggestions on this.

i knew the pd is mototurbo but is the county sherrifs office mototurbo as well my family is in lakevillage and they are not hearing anything out of the sherrifs office on their old frequency or their new one 156.2400
