CHP Border Callsign

Hi folks,

Can anybody shed some light on the CHP callsign "Border"? I know that's the division name for my location but I can't seem to pinpoint which units go by this callsign. Doesn't seem to be explained anywhere I've looked? Thanks!

It's for any officer who works out of the San Diego Division office in San Diego, and commercial officers assigned to Border Division.

There's no logical numbering system for the Border units that I'm aware of.
