CHP Coastal Division "Lime"

Can anyone enlighten me as to the usage of CHP Coastal Div. "Lime"? (45.28 B/ 42.72 M; PL: 151.4). It's very rare that I should travel much farther south than Santa Maria, however, I have a "newbie" friend that does travel frequently from Santa Maria to Ventura & environs. Any info would be great. TIA

Did they give up on PURPLE-2 as well? I’ve not heard any activity on it for over a year, when visiting Moorpark.
