CHP/LAPD Online Scanners?

Does anyone know of anyplace online where one can find an online scanner of the California Highway Patrol and the Los Angeles Police Department? I've seen some sites that offer it but in the end it never plays. Just wondering if anyone out there knows any place I might have missed.
