Question. I've updated my scanners database to the newest version but I'm not reading anything on the Ruby - Base - San Jose. It's reading 42.5000MHz FM C131.8 ( on the database it reads 103.5PL )
On my other scanners I can hear them talk and I know the PL tone is 103.5.
Why does my Bcd436hp read 131.8? The database reads 103.5?
