Anyone have any idea what these 2 frequencies area?

State of California has license for the frequencies statewide, Base and Control, 35 watts. Seems as if they are all located at CHP offices.

Any ideas here? Seems they were granted late in 2010 and are under the category "SPECIAL TEMPORARY"

California Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

The channel is the 800 MHz CLEMARS channel. The reason they are granted as STA is that, with 800 MHz rebanding, NO permanent licenses were being granted at the time. As the Northern CA 800 MHz region completes rebanding, you will see permanent licenses being issued for 808.5125/853.5125.

As 800 MHz rebanding has yet to start in the southern 10 counties, the STAs will be renewed every six months until rebaning is completed.

I've seen this freq thrown into portables/consoles at various NorCal law enforcement departments. I know some agencies have plans to use the freq as a back up if their trunk 800 system fails.
