San Diego (87) did the same thing at the end of March. They were using Blue-1 instead of Orange-1. I am guessing there is an upgrade of transmitters or an antenna swap going on.

I was wondering about that also. Every so often, the dispatcher will do 10 counts out to the mobile units. Definitely some upgrading going on. I'm right across from a CHP substation. I'll see if I can find out some info.

After all the testing they went back to the tan last week......the tan was horrible 10-1, all in the camp Pen / Oceanside area...... all the units were complaining 10-1 ...I go into San Diego and there system is crystal clear ? The tan has always been hit and miss the OS/Camp pen area sounds like installing a repeater or two in that area would help
