The Stockton Dispatch Center and field office recently moved into a new building and the official opening was Saturday. They moved about a half-mile south of where they were previously. It's a very nice facility.
I noticed they recently licensed two frequencies 42.46 and 42.56 at their new Wilcox Road office. There was talk about splitting off the Amador & San Andreas office's onto their own channel and keeping Stockton & Tracy together because Stockton couldn't hear Amador and vice versa.
The frequencies previously mentioned were not the ones I saw listed in the new White 4 listing, so I don't know what's up with these two newer ones and what the plan is. Just something to keep an ear out on these to see what they end up to be.
