Cincinnati Eastern Railroad Frequency Question?

I don't see any frequencies listed for the Cincinnati Eastern Railroad that operates east of Cincinnati to Peebles, Ohio along the former NS Peavine District.

Can anyone confirm frequency/usage?

Please only submit this if you have personally monitored it in use.

In any case, that one may require more research; as a former Conrail frequency, 160.860 is licensed to both CSX and NS all over their systems in former Conrail areas (including Cincinnati).
